I adore a morning rain.

The sky woke up before I’m out of bed
with morning splashing on the window’s glass.
The rain falls tap, tap, tap like feet that tread
up on the metal roof, down on the grass.

I adore a morning rain. My kid and I went puddle hopping just yesterday. :) I think I need some new rain boots! :)
